3.
Version
3.0 Pricing for VARs with
Current NFRs and for Current End Users
UNTIL
OCTOBER 31, 2001, Version 3.0 will be a free upgrade to VARs who already have
an NFR. However, it will require a new license, so all MasterMine VARs will
want to receive this upgrade as soon as possible during October 2001. Please call 1-877-877-7212, extension 2
to get your new license number FREE.
VARs
who do not yet have a NFR may purchase an unlimited Version 3.0 NFR for $495,
or a one-user Version 3.0 NFR for $95.
Current
MasterMine End Users can get this and any upgrades over the coming year for 20%
of the current retail price of MasterMine. This annual Maintenance Contract
supplies End Users with free upgrades for one year.

Marketing Hint for
VARs whose Clients Favor Faxes
Do
you massfax offers to clients? If so, MasterMine has prepared three ready-to-go
faxes that highlight MasterMine features and benefits. Use one, two, or all
three over time to persuade your GoldMine clients to ask you to help them
discover the benefits of MasterMine in meeting their analysis and reporting

market and sell MasterMine to your customers.

Profit
from Training Options
Make
money providing training for your customers at every management level. Remember,
the more comfortable your clients are with MasterMine, the more successful
their GoldMine implementation will be, and the more they will become your
pre-sales force for GoldMine, MasterMine, AND your unique services.
Here are some
of the ways to make money through training programs:
a)
Include
training fees in your consulting, customizing and implementation packages.
b)
Provide
training courses that you conduct either
at your office location or at your clients’ locations after the software has
been installed. Clients oriented on
MasterMine basics are ready to really dig in and help make their GoldMine a
success.
c)
Provide
our training services. Want to
offer training but not yet familiar enough to train your customers? Make money
by offering MasterMine’s Face to Face training (we train your customers, along with you) either at your office
location or at your customers’ offices.
d)
Spending
a day or two in the office training new MasterMine users? Leverage your time by
including a Lunch N’ Learn demo for prospects, while your current users take a
break from all-day training, or between morning and afternoon training
sessions. Would any current, satisfied MasterMine users like to join you for
lunch to talk with prospects about their use of MasterMine? There’s nothing
like convinced customers to persuade new customers.

Tip: Make GoldMine Groups right from reports!
Use
MasterMine to easily isolate target segments for marketing (like for
mass-faxing as in article #4 above), for mass updating or for any other group
process. No filtering, no dBase or SQL
expressions, no technical expertise – and almost no time – required!
Just
double-click on any data cell in your report to drill down and see detail on a
target segment. Now use the “grouping” button on the MasterMine Toolbar to
build a GoldMine group of the listed records. Send your fax or e-mail to the
whole group, quickly and easily. You
just saved your Marketing Manager hours of grief!
