(2 Hours) Private, online training, using your own database, this course expands on the basic skills covered in public training. Includes discussion of your firm's specific requirements. You may choose to skip public class and begin immediately with private training. Recommended for all users.
(2 Hours) Further 1-on-1 development for more active users and basic report designers. Covers more complex grouping and information seeking strategies, expands upon use of job-function-based templates. The latter part of this session is more free-form, allowing the advanced user an opportunity to review any aspect already covered and go more in-depth as required.
(1.5 Hours) At your own pace, using your own database, learn the basics for manipulating and sharing existing reports. This training assumes you have some existing reports, accessible to the users being trained. Recommended for all Share users. May be redundant for Full users.
(approx. 1 Hour) At your own pace, using your own database, learn to update GoldMine using MMUpdater. Some general topics on GoldMine data managmeent are also covered. Recommended for all MMUpdater users.
(2 Hours) At your own pace, using your own database, this course gives you the basic skills necessary to create, modify, and actively use basic reports from MasterMine templates. Includes disussion of your firm's specific requirements in light of what is revealed creating sample reports from your data. Recommended for all users.
